Being raised my 2 teachers I find the following totally bizarre. A Dartmouth Professor is suing her students for discrimination...they were mean to her. Boo hoo. Excuse my lack of compassion for this woman but pulllease.  If I were in her class I guarantee I would have been on top of the list.  Why would one take such personal offense to a student not agreeing with your views? Isn't that what college is for? I thought heated discussions/arguments were a professors wet dream? I could totally see my 11th grade geometry teacher copycatting this act...her "excessive talking affects class work" comment on my report card didn't sting enough. Gawker

Wassup this weekend??

Finally Spring! I don't want to speak to soon considering that last few months have been from 75 degree weekends to snow but its supposed to be nice this weekend. 

Dining out for Life begins this weekend. When dining out at some of the greatest restaurants this city has to offer 30% of all proceeds benefit Lifelong AIDS Alliance and the fight against HIV and AIDS in the Puget Sound region. So get out there and EAT! Dining out for Life

6th Annual Fremont Crawl for the Cure is also this weekend. Get your day drinkin on and down some brewskies for a good cause! Be a champion and travel to 10 of Fremont's best bars from 1pm-5pm. Crawl for a Cure

Welcome to Men Madness presented by Moogie!

Download your bracket here and get started guessing which gorgeous guy will make his way to the top. Starting April 28th, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, contestants in each region will compete against each other in the race to the 2008 King of the Hardwood (no pun intended). Log on to the Moogie to view pictures of the daily contestants and comment on which mister you decided should proceed to the next round. Results will be posted every Tuesday and Thursday until the brackets are complete! See if you can guess which stallions will get the most love!
